Genesis 46:26-27 NKJV - "All the persons who went with Jacob to Egypt, who came from his body, besides Jacob's sons' wives, were sixty-six persons in all. And the sons of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt were two persons. All the persons of the house of Jacob who went to Egypt were seventy."
Exodus 1:5 NKJV - "All those who were descendants of Jacob were seventy persons (for Joseph was in Egypt already)."
Acts 7:14 NKJV - "Then Joseph sent and called his father Jacob and all his relatives to him, seventy-five people."
Answer:
As per Genesis 46:26-27, the number of people born in the house of Jacob was 66 and with them he went to Egypt. By that time, there were Joseph and his two sons in Egypt. So the total is 66+Jacob+Joseph+Joseph’s two sons = 70.
From Acts 7:14, here the count is 75 and that includes his relatives in addition to the number of people born in Jacob’s house. So the number of people who are born in the house of Jacob and his relatives together is 75. There is no discrepancy in these verses.
