Question 44 - Which Jehoram was first?

2 Kings 1:17 NKJV - "So Ahaziah died according to the word of the LORD which Elijah had spoken. Because he had no son, Jehoram became king in his place, in the second year of Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah.

2 Kings 8:16 NKJV - "Now in the fifth year of Joram the son of Ahab, king of Israel, Jehoshaphat having been king of Judah, Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat began to reign as king of Judah."

Answer:

                Just as we had the Eras, calendars and years in these days, there were no Eras, calendars, and years, clearly in those days. So, we cannot determine the time and days. In these days, the Lord Christ started Era. So we became fortunate.

                So, no one can estimate which Jehoram is first. What do we gain from knowing it?
