Question 12 - Oh! The Lord God is an obstacle to eternal life!

John 5:40 NKJV - ""But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life."

John 6:44 NKJV - ""No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day."

Answer:

                Jesus Christ the Son of God is true God, who has the everlasting life. As in Romans 9:4-5, the Lord Christ is all powerful God. As in John 10:30, I and My Father are one means the Lord Christ and the Holy Spirit are one. As in John 6:44, along with attraction of the Lord God, who sent the divine Son in to this world, combined with attraction of Christ, who was lifted up caused the Holy Spirit to attract so many people to the Lord.

                Today the Christianity gets first position among the other religious through the attraction of Christ, the Lord Jehovah and the Holy Spirit. In the matter of civilization, newly inventions, searching the planets and stars and set right the rulers of the world, etc., the Christian countries are in first. Particularly, believers of the Lord Jesus are favored to the peace and everlasting life.

So, John 5:40, “You are not willing to come to Me that you may have life”. From this, we must know that no one can come near the Lord Christ by their own effort.

                The Father must draw him according to the John 6:44.

                According John 12:32, the Lord Christ, who was lifted up from the earth, must draw him.

                Then only, the Holy Spirit surrounds him and makes him to recognize the Lord Christ as the Lord.

                For this reason only, the most of population are Christians.
