Question 11 - By whom King David numbered the count of Israel and Judah? Jehovah or Satan?

2 Samuel 24:1 NKJV - "Again the anger of the LORDwas aroused against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, "Go, number Israel and Judah.""
1 Chronicles 21:1 NKJV - "Now Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel."
Answer:
Satan is one among the powers of the Lord God. But, he is fallen from his position. So, the Lord God used him in His test.
Ex: - Satan tempted Eve and Adam in the Garden of Eden, he tempted the Lord Christ after His Baptism, he tempted Job, etc. It is clearly written in the Holy Bible in the book of Job that Satan tempted Job by taking permission from the Lord. Satan entered in Judah Iscariot to fulfill the crucifixion of Christ at the last supper.
So, Satan fulfills the fury and deed of the Lord God as soon as possible.
Revelation 20:3, “But after these things he must be released for a little while”. According to this verse, he is deviated from the punishment for some period.
Firstly, as in 2 Samuel 24:1, the anger of the Lord, was arose against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, “Go, number Israel and Judah”. According to the anger of the Lord, Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel first.
Was it not the work of Satan to fulfill the deeds of the Lord?
