Question 23 - Were the Lord Jehovah’s morals and ceremonial laws to plunder the neighbors?

Leviticus 19:13 NKJV - "'You shall not cheat your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until morning."
Exodus 3:22 NKJV - "But every woman shall ask of her neighbor, namely, of her who dwells near her house, articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing; and you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters. So you shall plunder the Egyptians."
Answer:
Is it wrong to take by asking which ought to be theirs justly?
As in Leviticus 19:13, Egyptians defrauded their neighbors Israelites. The second part in Leviticus 19:13, “The wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until morning”. But, Egyptians did not give the wages of Israelites and handed them to drudgery without payment.  So, the one who plunders the neighbors were the Egyptians.

Israelites experienced drudgery from the Egyptians and to their kings for 40 years. There are no wages for their work. They did not give anything, except the food material. So, when the Israelites went out from the Egyptians, Moses said to them. “But every woman shall ask of her neighbor, namely, of her who dwells near her house, articles of silver, articles of gold and clothing. But, he did not say to plunder the Egyptians. Here, the situation happened that they plundered the Egyptians by their desires. But, Moses did say only to ask.
