Exodus 24:9-10 NKJV - "Then Moses went up, also Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, and they saw the God of Israel. And there was under His feet as it were a paved work of sapphire stone, and it was like the very heavens in its clarity."
Exodus 33:22-23 NKJV - ""So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. "Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen.""

John 14:9 NKJV - "Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, 'Show us the Father'?"
Exodus 33:11 NKJV - "So the LORD spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. And he would return to the camp, but his servant Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, did not depart from the tabernacle."
Answer:
Abraham had seen the Lord God. As in Genesis 1:26, No one could see the Lord God without the image and likeness of Him i.e. virtue and purity. Daniel could see the Lord God with purity and virtue. No man has seen or can see the Lord God at any time with human nature and with eyes pertaining to the flesh. The inner meaning in this is, man, who is living with virtue and purity by having divine spiritual knowledge, can see the Lord every time.
When the sons of God formed the relations with the daughters of men and performed marriages, they lost their virtue and purity and became ordinary men. So, the Lord God wiped away the people through the greatest floods. So, at any time and now also, no one, being an ordinary man, has seen or can see the Lord God with the qualities of human beings.
