Question 15 - Did the Lord God bless and hallow the seventh day or commanded to keep the seventh day?

Exodus 20:10-11 NKJV - "For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it."
Deuteronomy 5:15 NKJV - "And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day."
Answer:

God wanted to say all these words with Moses and Israelites. But, the Israelites feared about the fire on Mount Sinai, so they did not go up the mountain. Even then, the Lord God spoke with Moses and gave these commandments. Genesis 2:2-3 NKJV - "And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made."

According to Exodus 20:1, 10-11, the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. There is no difference in both sentences written in Exodus and Genesis.
But, Moses considered the Sabbath day that was blessed and hallowed by the Lord God as the most important one. So, he said to Israelites, “To keep the Sabbath day”.

In this, is there any question?
